Delivery times

• In stock: 2–5 business days depending on governorate.
• Pre-order: ships on the date shown on the product page.
• Import on demand: usually 14–30 days.
• Handmade / made to order: production time plus shipping, shown on each product.

Shown at checkout before you confirm; free shipping applies above a set amount in selected areas.

Tracking

You will get a message when your order ships and can track it from My Orders.

Failed deliveries

Couriers make several attempts. Repeatedly refused or unanswered cash orders may disable cash on delivery on your account.
