Return Policy

Return window

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or unsealed personal care, makeup and fragrance items.
  • Personalized and made-to-order items, unless damaged or wrong.
  • Underwear and swimwear; gift cards.

How to return

Go to My Orders, open the order and tap "Return items". We will schedule a pickup.

Refunds

After inspection (within 3 business days): cards and wallets are refunded to the original method within 5–14 business days; cash orders are refunded to a mobile wallet or store credit.
